International Shipping

THE VOLON products are custom-made, and require 15–20 days for delivery after order confirmation. (excluding weekends and public holidays) Products will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS for international shipping. For international orders made outside of Korea totaling less than USD 500, an additional shipping charge of USD 35 will be In the case of international shipping, once the product arrives in the country of destination, additional charges such as import duties and taxes may be imposed.
THE VOLON will not be held responsible for any duties and import taxes. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide any advice on local taxes or the amount to be levied.
It is your sole responsibility to claim such import costs to the appropriate agency in your country.

International Returns

For custom-made products, you will not be allowed to cancel payment during production after order confirmation.
Due to the nature of natural leather, there may be black spots, creases, pores, tendons, fine scratches, and natural wrinkles, which are not included in the permitted grounds for exchange or return for defective product.
If the product is used or damaged, the free gift is missing, or the product tag, warranty, or any accessory to the product is removed or lost, return will not be accepted.
If you receive a misdelivered or damaged product, contact the Q&A customer service immediately and obtain approval for return.
After fourteen (14) days since the date of delivery, it will be difficult to obtain approval for exchange or refund. Therefore, please make sure to return the product within fourteen (14) days.
In the case of any product defects or misdelivery, shipping for exchange or return will be free of charge, but shipping costs will be incurred for any exchange or return due to a change of mind, such as color difference from that displayed on the monitor, size exchange, and color exchange.
(In accordance with Article 17 (Cancellation, Etc. of Orders) paragraph 9 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., if the consumer cancels an order due to his/her own circumstances, he/she will bear the shipping costs.)
You will not be held responsible to pay any import duties or tariffs for returned articles.
